Is there really anything more to say than that? I think not....
But, no one's ever accused me of being short-winded, so I wouldn't want to disappoint. :)
Colleen and I met through SAI - do I see a theme here? But we weren't in college together - we met through the Boston Alumnae Chapter. Unfortunately, during the short time we were both affiliated with the BAC, I was living in Connecticut and couldn't make it to many things. Nonetheless, Colleen and I struck up a friendship, and things haven't been the same since!
Colleen, I'm thrilled to bits & pieces that you and Scott are expecting a baby girl. I know the two of you are going to be wonderful parents - she couldn't have chosen better! I know she'll bring tons and tons of joy into your lives, and maybe someday she'll be an SAI, too!
I wish the two of you happiness and joy with your soon-to-arrive little one, and enough sleep-filled nights that the sleepless ones don't seem too terrible. I wish I could be there with you to celebrate at your shower and when you bring your new daughter home, but just like everyone else who can't be there in person, I'll be there with you in spirit!
Can't wait to see pictures!!!!
